Summary Sheet

To register for the show, fill out the following form. You must send in BOTH Entry Form and Summary Sheet. You will be officially entered when these forms AND your fees are received by the entry clerk.

All money as well as entries for early bird entries must be received by Sept 6. Also, all money as well as entries for regular closing must be received by Oct 7. There will be a $25 surcharge on any payments received after Oct 7. No exceptions.

This show will enforce TICA Show Rule #24.3: "Each entry shall be accompanied by the published fee."
